Empresa multinacional, dedicada a brindar asesoría y capacitación de idiomas en segmento B2B, necesita contratar a un/a Customer Success Manager quien trabajará en modalidad 100% remota.

Él o la profesional será responsable de mantener una relación constante con clientes, tanto a nível nacional como internacional, garantizando su satisfacción y retención a través de la asesoría y capacitación continua respecto al uso de la plataforma de capacitación de manera de lograr el uso continuo de ésta y la renovación de los contratos.

**Funciones**:
Empatizar con cada aspecto del proceso/experiência del cliente, poniendo las necesidades de estos en primer lugar.

Comprender las necesidades del cliente y ayuda durante el proceso de incorporación.

Analizar y entregar reportes relacionados a la adopción/compromiso con los resultados de los procesos de clientes específicos en el área de Business Reviews.

Guiar y asesorar a los clientes y a los Ejecutivos de Cuentas con procesos dedicados de éxito del cliente.

Entregar todos los conocimientos a los clientes para que se conviertan en expertos en el producto y capacitar a sus equipos en la metodología Voxy para que se vuelvan cada vez más autosuficientes.

Mantener níveles elevados de participación y satisfacción del cliente con un enfoque en la fidelidad de este.

Liderar el proceso de renovación de principio a fin, incluida la aprobación y negociación del contrato.

Colaborar con los Ejecutivos de Cuentas para garantizar la alineación en los planes.

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros integrantes del equipo multifuncional para traducir las necesidades comerciales y los requisitos del producto en nuevas soluciones para los clientes.

Ayudar a impulsar referencias de clientes y estudios de caso.

Cumplir con las herramientas de gestión de clientes de Voxy para garantizar transparencia en los indicadores de la salud del cliente y de éxito.

**Formación y experiência**:
Título en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.

Indispensable contar con experiência en venta y asesoría de plataformas SaaS (Software as Service).

Nível de inglés hablado intermedio o avanzado.

Experiência en negociaciones con RRHH en las empresas.

Deseable conocimientos de SENCE.
