Es responsable total de la gestión, desarrollo y crecimiento en las ventas de los supermercados de la 5ta Region. Se espera de la posición el dominio total de las variables claves de gestión entre las que se incluyen: Ventas (Sell in / Sell Out), Participaciones de mercados, Control presupuestario POS), y Perfect Store. Así mismo deberá, realizar seguimiento y control a las actividades negociadas (Ejecución) y su implementación en su región, y supervisar los puntos de ventas, buscando maximizar las ventas de la compañía, liderando al equipo de mercaderistas y supervisores de la región a cargo. Adicionalmente estará encargado de buscar oportunidades de negocio, proponer y gestionar acciones en las tiendas que están bajo reposición de nuestros clientes.

Por otra parte, deberá preparar el plan comercial anual de la región a cargo y su respectivo seguimiento mensual, asegurando alcanzar los resultados definidos por la compañía.

**Requerimientos**
- Estudios Universitarios Completos (Titulado) en Ingenierías Civiles, Comercial o similar.
- Movilidad propia
- Deseable inglés intermedio
- Manejo de office nível intermedio
- Experiência de al menos dos años en consumo masivo
- Buenas relaciones interpersonales a todo nível.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas.
- Capacidad de negociación.
- Autonomía.
