Associate Manager, Sales Account Management

Como Associate Manager, Sales Account Management (KAM) en SC Johnson tendrás la responsabilidad de planificar y coordinar la ejecución de un plan integrado de negocios (Ventas, Category Management, Marketing, Finanzas, Logística, Equipo de Merchandisers) para los clientes asignados del Canal Supermercados, a fin de lograr los objetivos de ventas y cobranzas, y la maximización de rentabilidad, market shares, e indicadores clave de gestión.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas fijados en la organización para el cliente asignado, maximizando rentabilidad, market share e indicadores clave de gestión.
- Garantizar los resultados pactados en el Plan de Negocios Conjunto / Acuerdo Anual.
- Velar por la asignación de recursos para la cuenta, maximizando los resultados financieros y rentabilizando el negocio conjunto.
- Maximizar la comunicación dentro del equipo.
- Forjar y sostener en el tiempo la mejor relación con el cliente.
REQUERIMIENTOS
- Estudios universitarios completos (excluyente).
- Inglés Avanzado (excluyente).
- Movilidad propia (excluyente).
- 2 a 4 años de experiência en el rol, dentro de la industria de Consumo Masivo.
- Microsoft Office Avanzado.
