Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop a structured, step-by-step method to connect and manage relationships with partners.
2. Search for partnership opportunities by reaching out directly (cold calls, emails, webinars, visits) or following up on leads that come to us.
3. Find research partners and get them interested in working with us by identifying key people involved.
4. Work with higher-level management and sales/marketing teams to ensure our goals match with new and existing partners.
5. Negotiate and finalize deals following our company's rules and policies.
6. Provide a positive experience for our partners by being the link between them and our organization.
7. Track, measure, and share the outcomes of different projects with partners, like joint content promotions or shared leads from events.
8. Maintain strong relationships with current partners and suggest new ways to expand our partnership.

Qualifications:

1. Previous working experience as Strategic Partnerships Manager (or similar role) for a minimum of 3 year(s)
2. Preferably BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant Business-related field
3. Very strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Networking aptitude and outstanding interpersonal skills
6. Lastly, we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.
