PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Definir estrategia comercial de las marcas: posicionamiento de precios, margen, venta y cobertura esperadas, portafolio y comunicación
  • Seguimiento de ventas, margen y cobertura de las marcas.
  • Análisis financiero y evaluación de descuentos y actividades promocionales
  • Análisis de principales KPIs de ventas: cobertura, rotación, volumen, dropsize, margen porcentual y rentabilidad.
  • Negociación de acuerdos y actividades comerciales tales como: descuentos, aportes a concurso de cobertura, etc.
  • Amplificar el mensaje de Partnership a la fuerza de ventas y ponerlo dentro del Top of Mind de los vendedores
  • Análisis de portafolio y visión comercial para identificar y atacar oportunidades comerciales
  • Definición de plan comercial 360 de las marcas: descuentos, comunicación física y digital a retailers y fuerza de ventas, lanzamientos y relanzamientos así como construcción de campañas.
