About World Business Lenders (

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday , although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements and candidates must be willing to work weekends depending on the department's necessity. Location : LATAM About the Job: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • As directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources
  • Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone, text and email
  • Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills - C1 or higher. (Native or equivalent proficiency, Prior experience or education in the U.S. preferred)
  • At least 5 years of recent experience as a Residential Mortgage Broker
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams experience preferred
  • Direct Customer/Broker interaction experience through phone calls and virtual meetings
  • Must be familiar with Non-QM mortgage products
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proactive approach, strong work ethic, Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong sales skills and client relationship management
  • Resumes must be submitted in English
