Position: Account ExecutiveWe're looking for a curious and energetic Account Executive with knowledge of technology and value-based solution selling. You'll work closely with other product specialists to help map out the best strategy for your customers.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their outstanding company challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations.
- Contribute to our business as a valued member of our Ohana.
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Account planning and strategies to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- Research and discovery to uncover a prospect's current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
- Solutioning to identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
- Customer communication using clear, concise, and timely methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
- Resource application to continuously run toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
- Team selling to align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Sales methodology education.
- Able to develop cases and service requirements while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience (based on region).
