Nuestra meta es impactar a 100 millones de personas y hacer que los pagos A2A sean el método dominante en la región. Para eso, necesitamos ampliar el equipo.
Como Account Executive te encargarás de llevar negociaciones y generar oportunidades de negocio. Para esto tendrás que establecer relaciones con las personas indicadas dentro de la organización, evaluar las necesidades de los clientes y presentar nuestros productos, además de crear casos de negocio para viabilizar deals estratégicos.Como Account Executive
- Asegurarte que cada cliente esté siendo atendido en cada etapa del proceso de ventas
- Acercarse de manera estratégica a potenciales clientes. Investigarlos antes, ver personas claves y por dónde podemos entrar y adaptar nuestra presentación directamente para las necesidades de ese cliente.
- Perfeccionar el proceso de ventas. Entender el por qué de cada parte del proceso.
- Trabajar de manera directa con los devs para que vayamos automatizando gran parte del proceso. El 95% de los clientes se deben poder atender solos.
- Tengas al menos dos años de experiencia en ventas B2B, SaaS, BaaS, customer success , consultoría, o fintech.
- Nos gusta la excelencia y que todo tenga un por qué . Vamos a estar mejorando todo el rato el proceso y nuestras decisiones de cómo abordamos el mercado. Te debe gustar mucho estar aprendiendo constantemente.
- Mentalidad hacker y hacer que las cosas pasen.
- Mientras más te guste la tecnología, más fácil se te hará este rol. No necesitas saber programar, pero es tremendo plus si sabes. Eso sí, debes ser capaz de entender cómo funciona Fintoc.
