Position Overview:El alcance del rol incluye la construcción, gestión y expansión de relaciones comerciales de mediano y largo plazo, la preparación de estrategias para proteger, crecer y diversificar la relación con clientes existentes y nuevos, identificando oportunidades de ventas cruzadas e incrementales, la identificación proactiva de espacios de mejora y/o desviaciones de los resultados esperados por los clientes al optar por los productos y servicios de Finning CAT, y ser el portavoz del cliente al interior de la organización de Finning CAT.
Job Description:En el marco de la Ley 21.015 que incentiva la contratación de Personas con Discapacidad al Mundo Laboral, Finning, socio estratégico de CATERPILLAR, líder en distribución de equipos y servicios, te invita a unirte al líder que mueve las industrias y a participar con nosotros en el proceso de postulación para el cargo de Strategic Account Manager, quien será responsable de liderar el desarrollo y ejecución del plan de cuenta de cada uno de los clientes de su cartera, a partir de una estrategia comercial que integre todos aquellos productos y servicios de Finning que sean altamente valorados por los clientes asignados.
Este rol implica una comprensión profunda del sector minero, de los equipos y productos comercializados por Finning, como también la capacidad para construir relaciones de largo plazo, tanto con los clientes mineros asignados y con los Account Manager de Caterpillar, además de habilidades para identificar y explorar oportunidades de negocio.
Principales Funciones:- Liderar y gestionar el desarrollo y articulación de los planes de cuenta para maximizar el valor de la relación, entendiendo las necesidades específicas de cada cuenta y trabajar en colaboración con los equipos internos para ofrecer soluciones a la medida.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los principales stakeholders entre los clientes y el equipo de soporte Finning CAT.
- Coordinar con los equipos de producto, logística, marketing y servicio al cliente para garantizar la entrega de soluciones óptimas y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Reportes y Seguimiento de Desempeño: Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de las cuentas, generando informes periódicos para evaluar el progreso y ajustar estrategias y presentar reportes detallados a la gerencia sobre el estado de las cuentas, oportunidades y desafíos.
- Implementar estrategias y liderar el proceso para optimizar la experiencia de los clientes al interactuar con Finning.
- Realizar visitas regulares a las instalaciones del cliente para comprender mejor su operación y fortalecer la relación.
- Analizar el mercado minero y las tendencias de la industria para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Ingeniero/a Industrial, mecánico, minas, comercial o símil.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de cuentas estratégicas o ventas en el sector minero o industrial.
- Estudios de post grado en gestión de marketing y ventas (deseable).
- Experiencia en liderar procesos de preparación de propuestas comerciales y licitaciones para la gran minería.
- Experiencia en gestión de relacionamiento con clientes.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y tomar decisiones estratégicas que beneficien tanto al cliente como la empresa.
- Dominio intermedio - avanzado del idioma inglés comprobable.
- Contar con al menos 1 año de antigüedad en el rol actual.
- Contar con una nota de evaluación de desempeño de cumple o superior.
- Nivel mínimo para postular: 6.
