Estamos buscando nuestro nuevo Sales Coordinator Food Solutions cuya misión es liderar el equipo de ventas de la unidad food service, a cargo de la estrategia de los diferentes clientes para garantizar su crecimiento y rentabilidad.

Principales funciones

  1. Liderazgo de Equipo: Dirigir y motivar al equipo de Key Accounts para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas.
  2. Desarrollo de Negocios: Identificar y capitalizar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, manteniendo relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales.
  3. Gestión de Cuentas: Supervisar y gestionar las cuentas clave, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de sus necesidades específicas de formato y productos.
  4. Planificación de Ventas: Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de venta efectivos, realizando un seguimiento diario del cumplimiento de los objetivos.
  5. Procesos S&OP: Supervisar y gestionar los procesos de Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) para asegurar una alineación óptima entre la demanda y la oferta.
  6. Gestión Financiera: Realizar seguimiento a los estados de las cuentas corrientes de los clientes, asegurando una gestión crediticia adecuada.
  7. Colaboración Global: Interactuar con equipos globales para manejar la agenda de crecimiento de clientes específicos, utilizando inglés de negocios.
  8. Negociación: Negociar eficazmente con stakeholders internos y clientes del negocio para asegurar acuerdos beneficiosos.

Principales Requisitos

  1. Ing.comercial o civil.
  2. Experiencia previa en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector foodservice (no excluyente) de 3 a 5 años.
  3. Manejo en Excel.
  4. Inglés intermedio.
  5. Habilidades de negociación, liderazgo de equipo, liderazgo de proyectos, manejo de forecast.
