***Job Description
- To meet and exceed assigned sales targets and project goals
- Capability to lead and assist strategic Channel Partners with strong technical and professional expertise, be able to guide and support our Channel Partners into key vertical markets and/or key account development. Solution selling is essential, with an ultimate goal of providing our Channel Partners the best solution to meet the needs of our end user customers
- Facilitate, educate, and assist in organizing Channel Partner Dealer Sales Representatives training to elevate their system and product knowledge to increase impact in their efforts to deliver complex system solutions. These activities are a combination of conventions, trade shows, and Motorola Solutions hosted local, regional and national events.
- To become proficient with Sales Force and other Motorola Solutions software tools
- Attain “trusted advisor” status with Channel Partner(s) and end user customer(s). Manage Channel Partner and in some cases end user conflict.
***Basic Requirements**:
- University Technician
- Experience dealing with customers over the phone
- conflict resolution
- Technical English preferred
