Tu objetivo como Customer Engagement Lead será liderar las acciones claves para Lograr por parte de los clientes un compromiso, que apoye nuestro crecimiento.

Así mismo, asegurarás el desarrollo de un Omnichannel journey, creando una estrategia digital coherente y un manejo integrado de todos los canales.


Tus Responsabilidades:

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:
Llevar distintas acciones de optimización de recursos de ventas para crear eficiencia y eficacia
Identificar los insight de los clientes en las interacciones por los diferentes canales, para fortalecer las estrategias de marketing Omnicanal
Contribuir al plan de marca de las distintas unidades de negocio y las distintas campañas
Asegurar la integración de Face to Face y los distintos canales de interacción con los clientes, con altos níveles de calidad para optimizar el journey de los clientes
Asegurar la utilización del contenido apropiado de acuerdo a los diferentes canales y de acuerdo a las políticas Globales
Investigar e implementar nuevos canales y proyectos digitales para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes
Brindar robustez al proceso de establecimiento de objetivos de la estrategia Omnicanal para la fuerza de ventas
Garantizar un sistema sólido de gestión de riesgos en la planificación y ejecución de actividades promocionales con HCPs y sociedades médicas

Requisitos básicos:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Profesionales de las carreras de Administración, Ingeniería, o carreras afines.
Experiência mínima de 5 años en funciones de efectividad, digital - Omnichannel Marketing o áreas relacionadas
Experiência en Efectividad de Fuerza de Ventas e implementación de estrategias omnicanales.
Dominio avanzado de inglés.
