REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Trade, etc.)
  • 35 years of experience in Sales (preferred from Shipping/freight forwarding/logistics industry)
  • Resultoriented with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong drive and selfmotivation
  • Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Expertise on Ocean FCL, Logistics, Air Freight and LessthanContainer Load (LCL)
Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate, develop, and scale our expansion in the Small and Medium Size (SME) segment
  • Target new customers through our digital value proposition
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing quality sales calls, customers conversations and follow general sales standards
  • Identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities in line with the business strategy
  • Building a sound understanding of customers, by working towards providing endtoend solutions
  • Ensuring customer relationship management tool SFDC is updated accurately and on regular basis to ensure a healthy pipeline
  • Accountable for Volume and Revenue performance
  • Manage, retain, and effectively grow a large portfolio of customers
  • Can bring people together to get the job done and or drive more meaningful solutions
  • Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends and establish business contacts with potential customers
  • Proactive in driving outcomes and getting things done
