Innovation & Service Development es un área cuyo principal objetivo es diseñar procesos y programas de servicio que nos lleven a mantener los clientes en nuestros talleres durante todo el ciclo de vida del vehículo.

Como
Customer Retention Go To Market el principal desafío del rol será


brindar soporte a la estrategia de retención de clientes en Chile y Perú, mediante el acompañamiento al equipo de campo en el análisis e identificación de oportunidades de mercado junto con la correcta implementación y seguimiento de los programas de servicio en la red de concesionarios.


Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la estrategia de implementación de los programas de servicio en cada mercado, de acuerdo a las necesidades y prioridades definidas por país.
  • Liderar todos los foros de retención de clientes, en donde se presentan las oportunidades del mercado, avances en el desarrollo e implementación de programas de servicio y la definición de planes de acción que lleven a la consecución de los objetivos.
  • Soportar al equipo de campo en la definición de planes de acción que permitan mejorar el performance de los programas de servicio de taller y colisión.
  • Realizar inmersión en los concesionarios con mayor oportunidad de crecimiento en retención de clientes.
  • Proponer continuamente mejoras o nuevos proyectos al equipo de Desarrollo de programas, con el fin de estar a la vanguardia en procesos y planes que nos lleven a mantener a nuestros clientes.
  • Representar al equipo de Innovación y desarrollo de servicio en todos los foros en donde se requiera información de retención de clientes y/o programas de servicio.

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Graduados de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
  • Experiência laboral previa en áreas comerciales, mercadeo, ventas o posventa, durante un mínimo de 3 años.
  • Inglés: nível intermedio.
  • Office: nível intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar al exterior 1 semana al mes.
  • Disponibilidad para visitar localmente a la red (aproximadamente 4 visitas por mes).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma hibrida en nuestas oficinas ubicadas en Ciudad Empresarial, Santiago, Chile o en San Isidro, Lima, Perú (según residencia).

Conocimientos y Competencias deseables:

  • Manejo de bases de datos y reportes con Power BI.
  • Experiência en posventa en el sector automotriz.
  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales.
  • Gran capacidad de análisis y mentalidad estratégica.
  • Capacidad de interactuar y generar sinergias entre equipos.
  • Implementación de proyectos.
  • Buena capacidad de comunicación, enfoque en el cliente y mentalidad comercial.
