Your daily activities as a Customer Support Specialist (Spanish language) will be**:

  • Checking website content.
  • Content translations.
  • Request documents from the clients.
  • Resolve tasks from the Compliance department.
  • Retention.
  • Crosssell.
  • Upsell.

You are best for this role if you:

  • Have excellent grammar and speaking Spanish skills;
  • English language level C1;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Responsibility;
  • Focus on results;
  • Have a higher education.

Helpful, but not required:

  • Experience in the field of forex or financial education.
