CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- QUILICURA
- Propósito del cargo.
- Responsable de gestionar y administrar las necesidades generadas por los usuarios, prospectos y clientes a través del canal de Customer support con el objetivo de ser efectivos y resolutivos con las distintas solicitudes, con una alta calidad de gestión de la interacción, primando el respeto, la empatía, los valores de la compañía y un alto nível de servicio.
- Principales responsabilidades.
- Gestionar las relaciones con los clientes mediante los canales de comunicación establecidos por la compañía (Telefónico, EMAIL, CHAT, redes sociales, Whatsapp u otro que se habilite formalmente).
- Gestionar bases de datos de acuerdo con requerimientos, valores y objetivos de la compañía.
- Gestionar la venta de Productos y Servicios mediante los canales de comunicación establecidos por la compañía (Telefónico, EMAIL, CHAT, redes sociales, Whatsapp u otro que se habilite formalmente).
- Gestionar la prospección de clientes (Outbound).
Perfil deseado:
- Formación académica: Técnico nível superior en administración o carreras afines con foco en clientes
- Experiência: 1 año de experiência en labores de atención a clientes, ventas, o similares
- Conocimientos específicos:
- Manejo de herramientas office nível usuario. Deseable manejo de SAP, CRM, Purecloud u otras. 1 Vacante
- Finaliza en 60 días
