  • Ability to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects of the job technical and nontechnical.

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Application Architect

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Telecom and Computer Science and related fields.
  • MSc/Masters with specialization in Telecom/IT/Computer Science (desired)
  • Work experience of 79 years in Salesforce
  • Adaptability and experience working in multichannel delivery projects
  • Strong technical knowledge in Salesforce
  • Flexibility to work in any shifts and weekends for on call support
