Role and Responsibilities
- Categorize accounts based on sales type to develop growth plans and offer guidance for sales activities aligned with their target market.
- Manage short and mid-term account risks, such as inventory and payment, ensuring pricing compliance with contracts.
Areas of Responsibility
- Carry out account analysis by sales type, setting growth plans tailored to their business type.
- Oversee sales activity management and feasibility of sales/marketing plans to meet mutual goals with accounts.
- Manage product volume, logistics, sales, and inventory for accounts.
- Ensure effective risk management in account collateral, orders, and payments.
- Oversee retail channel management to align with contract terms, pricing policies, and product distribution channels.
Requirements
- Lead small teams, oversee budget, HR management, and provide mentoring to team members.
- Implement short-term action plans, enhance procedures, and offer coaching for successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate expertise across job areas in a family job structure.
- Independently establish methods and procedures for new assignments.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years with a Master's degree, or a Ph.D. with 7 years of experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- This position is exclusively open to employees from the designated country.
- Eligibility requires 12 months of seniority within the same sub or 36 months in a different subsidiary.
- Minimum 12 months in the current position with a clean disciplinary record in the past year.
- Performance reviews from the past 3 years should indicate 'Meets/Exceeds Some' or 'Exceeds Most' expectations.
- Application criteria vary based on the level within the company structure.
