Role and ResponsibilitiesJob Summary1.Implement Paid media operation effectively/efficiently optimized by measuring/analyzing/improving performance of each advertising media, and maximize the inflow of potential customers.2.Turn more visits into purchases by continuously improving customer experience on eStore based on analysis on how the inflow of customers actually turns into purchases.
Opportunities to working with D2C Team.Areas of Responsibility1.[Digital Media Operation] Participate in activities to attract potential customers and increase their purchase through laying out strategies to increase the customer inflow/purchase rate, along with planning/operating campagins using paid digital media, as well as2.[Advertisement Effect Analysis] Analyze how dotcom customers wind up making a purchase (inflow-experience-purchase and digital media's effect/efficiency.3.[Dotcome Experience Improvement] Perform improvement activities including Search Engine Optimization(SEO), loading performance enhancement and UX optimization under the strategies to enhance customer purchase experience.
Requirements- Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
- Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experienceSkills and QualificationsBefore applying, read carefully the following information:This position is open only for employees from Latin AmericaIn order to be considered for the role you need to have 12 month of seniority if you are from the same sub / 36 months of seniority if you are from a different subsidiaryTime in the current position should be at least 12 month with no disciplinary action in the last 12 monthsPerformance review ratings from the last 3 years have to be: Meets/Exceeds Some/Exceeds MostApplication criteria: from supervisor level in case of employees from the same subsidiary and Jr.
