Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide optimal solutions through contract reviews and legal counsel.
- Mitigate the company's legal risks by addressing major disputes.
- Oversee and implement the Company's Compliance program.
- Offer guidance on Data Privacy matters relevant to the business.
- Collaborate with all teams within the subsidiary.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Examine various types of contracts to minimize legal risks.
2. Offer legal counsel to minimize risks effectively.
3. Handle major disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and government investigations, following a predefined strategy.
4. Manage and execute the Company's compliance program, including training, audits, and risk assessment.
5. Identify and analyze legal trends in the country related to business areas such as labor, environment, HR, and fair trade.
Requirements:
- Experienced professional with expertise in specialized areas, capable of resolving a wide range of issues creatively.
- Proficient in analyzing data to solve complex problems with good judgement.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to new assignments smoothly.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with no prior experience.
Skills and Qualifications:

- This position is exclusively open to employees from Latin America.
- Candidates must have a minimum tenure of 12 months within the same subsidiary, or 36 months if from a different subsidiary.
- A clean disciplinary record in the last 12 months with at least 12 months in the current position.
- Performance evaluations from the last 3 years must be rated as Meets/Exceeds Some/Exceeds Most.
- Application criteria: Supervisory level for employees within the same subsidiary and Jr. Management level for employees from other subsidiaries.
