Descripción General del trabajo


La gestión del "Business Leader " implica prospectar, identificar y contactar potenciales clientes de soluciones Tecnológicas que vende Nexitty Consulting (CRM, Ecommerce y más), para luego calificarlos y gestionar la creación de nuevas oportunidades de ventas.


Responsabilidades Específicas

La gestión del encargado de ventas B2B implica:

  • Prospectar e Identificar potenciales clientes de CRM y de Plataformas de Ecommerce
  • Estudiar segmentos de empresas que estén interesados en CRM de Atención a Cliente, CRM Comercial, Ecommerce Omnicanal, o Ecommerce B2B
  • Evaluar si no tienen soluciones y ergo nuestra oferta podría serles de interés
  • Contactar proactivamente gerentes del segmento objetivo para identificar si existen necesidades descubiertas
  • En Leads con necesidad coordinar reunión para recabar más antecedentes de la necesidad
  • En caso de existir interés coordinar próximas reuniones para profundizar en "dolores/necesidades"
  • Donde exista interés programar una Demo (de ser necesario)
  • Calificar las Oportunidades
  • Trabajar
  • Buscar el cierre de nuevos negocios cada trimestre (metas a convenir)

KPI de Éxito:

  • Cantidad de ventas generadas

Requerimientos del cargo:

Experiência necesaria

  • 1 a 3 años máximos de Experiência en venta de CRM, SAAS y/o de Plataformas de Ecommerce

Requisitos generales

  • Conocimiento medio de Tecnología y Transformación Digital
  • Ambición de negocio. Vibrar por generar resultados
  • Sentido de Urgencia. Proactivo. Empujador
  • Híper responsable, gestión por compromisos
  • Orientado al detalle
  • Customer Centric
  • Experiência en venta de Tecnología (idealmente ligado a CRM y/o Ecommerce)
