EVOL, filial de Empresas Lipigas S.A, está en búsqueda de un/a Business Development Leader.

¿Cuál será la misión de tu cargo?


Responsable de liderar equipos o células de trabajo multidisciplinario en la prospección proactiva de oportunidades, el análisis de viabilidad y la ejecución estratégica de iniciativas que impulsen el crecimiento de la empresa.

Deberá establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales, socios clave y otras partes interesadas, y dirigir el diseño e implementación de estrategias integrales que maximicen el potencial de mercado y generen valor sostenible.

Además, será fundamental colaborar con otros líderes funcionales para garantizar una ejecución efectiva y alineada con los objetivos corporativos, así como identificar y capitalizar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión.


¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?

  • Apoyar y coordinar el lanzamiento exitoso de nuevos productos o servicios al mercado.
  • Supervisar la implementación de iniciativas de desarrollo de negocios, asegurando su ejecución efectiva y oportuna.
  • Dirigir y motivar a un equipo o células de trabajo multidisciplinario, proporcionando orientación y apoyo para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
  • Guiar y supervisar el ciclo completo de desarrollo de negocios, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el exitoso lanzamiento al mercado.
  • Explorar y analizar el mercado y nuevas tecnologías.
  • Prospectar y evaluar oportunidades de negocios potenciales.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales, socios estratégicos y otros actores clave.
  • Codesarrollar planes de acción para implementar estrategias de desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
  • Planificar y liderar el lanzamiento exitoso de nuevos productos o servicios al mercado.

Perfil deseado:

Requisitos mínimos:

Contar con Título Profesional de las carreras de Ingeniería Civil, Industrial o carrera a fin.

Formación y experiência con metodologías ágiles, gestión de emprendimiento.

5 de experiência materias de innovación y desarrollo de negocios.

Experiência en materias contables y financieros.

Experiência en prospección de oportunidades de mercado.

Experiência en desarrollo de líneas de negocio.

Manejo de Office nível avanzado.

Conocimiento en Design Thinking.

Manejo tecnología de la información.

Data Analytics (Deseable).
