El/la Service Manager de BBK2+Brains debe:


Ser persona cercana, que conozca del mundo de la tecnología y que sea capaz de acompañar al equipo de talento del área UX asegurando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos del servicio con los clientes.


  • Generar instancias uno a uno con los distintos integrantes del equipo de experiência, recogiendo feedback y estatus.
  • Actuar como intermediario entre las personas del área y las contrapartes en el cliente, facilitando y consiguiendo que la relación sea armónica.
  • Colaborar en la mejora de las condiciones de servicio, adoptando las medidas para mejorar la calidad de la entrega.
  • Permanecer cerca del cliente y el equipo, visualizando mejoras, nuevas oportunidades y desarrollando acciones para lograr que se materialicen.
  • Adoptar las herramientas establecidas para desarrollar métricas e indicadores para el seguimiento y presentación tanto internamente como a cliente.
  • Gestionar las solicitudes administrativas del equipo, redireccionarlas a las distintas áreas de soporte y hacer el seguimiento correspondiente.
  • Hacer seguimiento a la rentabilidad de cada proyecto/cliente y a los incidentes del periodo e informarlos de manera oportuna al área financiera de la compañía.
  • Alinearse y actuar junto al equipo de Service Managers de BBK+2Brains.



¿Qué conocimientos buscamos en/la Service Manager?

  • Experiência previa realizando tareas similares.
  • Conocimientos de agilidad y gestión de proyectos, especialmente en lo referido a indicadores y métricas de rendimiento y calidad.
  • Conocimientos en diseño de acuerdos de servicios.
  • Experiência gestionando y presentando ante clientes.
  • Conocimientos y entendimiento de presupuestos y cálculo de rentabilidad.
  • Habilidades comerciales, especialmente en la detección y seguimiento de nuevas oportunidades en los clientes donde ya se tiene presencia.
