Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Chile. As a key member of our Alfa Laval team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives and targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets and adhere to our company's sales process.
  • Conduct market analysis, pricing, and sales visits to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Forecast sales and budget, monitoring progress against objectives and financial targets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to optimize sales efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Develop and motivate direct reports to secure the development of relevant sales and product/application competencies.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Bachelor's Degree or similar (mechanical, electronic, etc).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in leading a team.
  • English and Spanish proficiency is a must.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
