Service Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Chile. As a key member of our Alfa Laval team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives and targets.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets and adhere to our company's sales process.
- Conduct market analysis, pricing, and sales visits to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Forecast sales and budget, monitoring progress against objectives and financial targets to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to optimize sales efficiency and drive business growth.
- Develop and motivate direct reports to secure the development of relevant sales and product/application competencies.
Requirements:
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree or similar (mechanical, electronic, etc).
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in leading a team.
- English and Spanish proficiency is a must.
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
