Customer Solution Manager IA division

Role Purpose
Como Gerente de Soluciones al Cliente, especializado en la implementación de herramientas de IA, tendrás un papel clave en guiar a los clientes en la adopción e integración de tecnologías impulsadas por IA. Trabajarás estrechamente con los clientes y equipos internos, liderando el diseño, despliegue y optimización de soluciones de IA para asegurar que estas herramientas se alineen con las necesidades del cliente, mejoren la eficiencia operativa y ofrezcan resultados de negocio medibles. Este rol requiere un pensador estratégico y comunicador hábil, apasionado por la IA y experimentado en la gestión de clientes, la entrega de proyectos y la mejora continua.
Main responsibilities
Asesoría y Relación con el Cliente: Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para los clientes, asesorando sobre soluciones impulsadas por IA que respondan a sus necesidades de negocio. Traducir conceptos complejos de IA en recomendaciones prácticas, fomentando una relación de confianza.
Liderazgo en Implementación de IA: Dirigir proyectos de implementación de extremo a extremo, desde el diseño y planificación de soluciones hasta la ejecución y el soporte post-implementación. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar un despliegue e integración sin problemas de las herramientas de IA.
Personalización y Optimización: Identificar y adaptar soluciones de IA a los requerimientos específicos de cada cliente, aprovechando el portafolio de tecnologías de IA del cliente. Realizar evaluaciones y proporcionar recomendaciones para optimizar el rendimiento de las soluciones después de la implementación.
Capacitación y Adopción del Cliente: Llevar a cabo sesiones de capacitación y talleres para ayudar a los clientes y sus equipos a utilizar y beneficiarse eficazmente de las herramientas de IA implementadas. Desarrollar recursos y documentación para apoyar la adopción continua del cliente.
Gestión de Proyectos: Supervisar cronogramas, presupuestos y entregables del proyecto, asegurando que todos los compromisos con el cliente se cumplan a tiempo y dentro del alcance. Implementar metodologías ágiles para adaptarse a las necesidades cambiantes del proyecto.
Análisis de Datos y Reportes: Monitorear y reportar el rendimiento de las implementaciones de IA, identificando áreas de mejora y rastreando métricas clave para demostrar el valor para los clientes. Presentar hallazgos e insights de forma clara y persuasiva.
Colaborar y Compartir Conocimiento: Trabajar estrechamente con equipos internos, incluyendo Producto, Ciencia de Datos y Soporte al Cliente, para ofrecer soluciones integrales. Compartir comentarios e insights de las interacciones con clientes para apoyar la mejora continua de las ofertas de IA de nuestro cliente.
Requisitos
Professional Skills
Educación: Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ciencia de Datos, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado. Un título de Maestría en un área relevante es una ventaja.
Experiencia: Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en roles de soluciones al cliente, gestión de proyectos o consultoría, con un enfoque en herramientas y soluciones de IA. Experiencia en implementaciones a gran escala y gestión de cambios es altamente deseable.
Technical skills
Sólido conocimiento de tecnologías de IA, incluyendo aprendizaje automático, procesamiento de lenguaje natural y herramientas de automatización.
Familiaridad con plataformas, herramientas y lenguajes de IA (por ejemplo, Python, R, TensorFlow, etc.).
Conocimiento de plataformas en la nube e infraestructura (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) es un plus y serán valorados.
Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de proyectos complejos con múltiples stakeholders. La certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, Agile o Scrum) es ventajosa.
Soft skills
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con la capacidad de simplificar conceptos complejos para diferentes audiencias.
Habilidades fuertes de resolución de problemas y pensamiento estratégico.
Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes y gestionar sus expectativas de manera efectiva.
