STA Duration 8 months (100% commitment) - July 1st until Mar 1st

Location: Chile

As a Strategy Franchise Integration Manager for South Cone (Chile, Bolivia and Paraguay), during this STA you will be responsible for support and challenge this region while collaborating within South Zone (Argentina, Uruguay & Brazil) in implementing the Strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level also bringing an outside-in perspective for the Frontline team (Operations, Marketing, C&CL Hub etc).

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Be the Strategy partner to Franchise Operations CBP (Chile, Bolivia and Paraguay). Responsible to find opportunities or course correction of ‘where to play’ and ‘how to win’. Orchestrate the Long-Range Planning process across the system and lead the key results target setting and insights sharing. Participate with a key role in ABP process: align and contribute in the overall strategy, Roadshows, insights sessions, strategy and forecast key business results (in coordination with Finance and other relevant functions). Maximize the network within other Strategy teams and vendors to deliver key insights to the local business. Develop deep dives to identify granular opportunities and create actionable initiatives at local level. Develop actionable and compelling commercial insights, strategies, and initiatives. Use a fact-based, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies, and leading-edge solutions to boost local/granular commercial strategy with actionable commercial levers. Project Management and Strategic Processes leadership. Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders. Leading ad-hoc projects with a cross view of the business and their impact: identify our needs and opportunities, tracking all process and disseminated the results. Work on cross-region projects with-in South Zone in order to help standardize best practices between South Cone and Brazil Strategy.


Education and Experience Requirements:

Speaks fluent English and Spanish 7+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Business Intelligence or other related areas. Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers. Experience working with external providers, such as Nielsen, Scanntech, Kantar Worldpanel and/or Euromonitor. Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.

Key Knowledge

Franchise leadership/negotiation: to drive better conversations into practical applications. Solid business acumen skills: ability to translate data and insights to contribute to key business decisions making. Tools: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are must haves. PowerBI and other Data Analytics tools will be a plus. Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop a holistic approach in creating strategy. Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence, and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling. Organization and focus: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities. Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts. Systemic thinking: Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Communication Focus

Strong influence, communication and negotiation skills to align strategies, as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations (often directly with Bottlers and Company leadership). Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging at all levels of the System.  Comfortable with indirect influencing and indirect managing/coordinating.  Capable to work and adapt within a multi-cultural environment.
