General Manager - Franchise

Job Requirements
Supervise and direct all hotel operations, including accommodations, food and beverage, events, team management and sales processes of the brand to be operated and concierge services.

Manage and motivate personnel, including hiring, training and performance reviews.

Implement and supervise compliance with the sales strategy, optimize the processes associated with the international reservation systems established by the brand to operate.

Establish and manage budgets and operating costs and maximize profitability.

Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Ensure compliance with safety, health standards and local regulations.

Maintain relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders

Collaborate with management to establish long-term objectives and strategies.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field. A graduate degree in hotel management or MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience in the hotel industry, with at least 5-7 years of experience in management positions, including experience as a hotel manager for international chains.
- Solid knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and reservation software, Opera and F&B sales management systems preferred.
- Experience in budget management and financial knowledge.
