Description Summary: Why being part of Coca-Cola Latin America?We're accelerating our momentum as the fastest growing large consumer goods company in Latin America.People are our focus when we're collaborating with our diverse network of locally connected bottling partners, and when we're returning every drop of water we use to communities and nature.We empower our employees to challenge the status quo, make bold recommendations, experiment and adapt, so we can grow together and make a great business even better.Position Overview:Focus, Scope,?& Impact:Oversee the implementation of the Operating Unit Winning @ the POS.Lead the deployment of Commercial Capabilities.Lead the implementation of a winning PICOS for all the relevant channels aligned with the OU.Lead Prospection, CCRM and Market Assets frameworks.Collaborate with the implementation of VTM initiatives.Help secure resources necessary to locally address, generate and implement value-creating solutions that meets customer and bottlers needs and drive beverage category's incidence, profit and volume.Reinforces the cultural transformation to enable the network organization to succeed across the system.Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:Work Focus:This role requires proven?Commercial Capabilities ( Winning @ POS/Execution, VTM) understanding,?combined with the ability to?translate plans into solid execution?to?deliver strong results in the marketplace.Highly developed leadership and influencing skills are a must to positively influence Operations and Bottlers?To succeed, the role requires a strong combination of analytical and?executional?capabilities, strong Consumer- and Customer understanding, as well as a hands-on mentality.The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with Senior Leaders and Operators in the?Zone?as well as our?Bottling Partners.Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, not least leading and smoothly running?execution?alignment and collaboration to ensure that OU strategies are fully owned by GMsRelated Work Experience:10+ years of leadership experience in?Commercial?Operations?with strong skills in?Channel Strategy?and execution across channels (Traditional and Modern Trade)?Proven?strategic and?analytical?skills as well as outstanding?interpersonal, communication and?influencing?abilitiesAbility to?make things happen and inspireDesirable to have candidates with Bottler?experienceFunctional Skills:Key Knowledge Requirements:Mastery Of :Commercial ExecutionChannel StrategyCapabilities ( Rtm)Category ManagementSystem EconomicsBroad Expertise In :Franchise LeadershipCustomer ManagmentValue to MarketSupply ChainRGMCommunication?Focus:Communicate with internal stakeholders and?and?Bottling partnersInternal:?Interfaces Commercial Leadership?with Franchise Leadership at the Zones at various levels of the?organization?System: Communication?to support Franchise Leadership on Commercial?strategies/capabilities alignment and implementation, KO System strategic direction/ priorities and performance with Bottler?representatives?Skills:Influencing, System Economics
