As the Sales & Marketing Combined Manager, you'll be in charge of enhancing customer engagement and implementing global channels to support a seamless customer journey.

This role offers YOU the chance to lead crucial initiatives to advance YOUR career. Some of these include:

  • Conduct optimization exercises to streamline sales resources.
  • Establish precise target setting processes for the sales team and digital channels.
  • Translate customer insights into outstanding digital and face-to-face interactions, aligned with market growth strategies and global marketing plans.
  • Ensure the integration of face-to-face and digital channels for efficiency and oversight through analytics.
  • Develop integrated channel capabilities and understanding within the Local Operating Company (LOC).
  • Manage content effectively across different channels and customer needs.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for data and performance tracking.
  • Improve Veeva CRM system usage and implement new capabilities.
  • Explore new digital avenues to meet customer requirements such as social media and virtual communication.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence for analytics and performance monitoring.
  • Create and implement enticing sales incentive programs in alignment with organizational goals.

We seek individuals with these essential skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Health Care, or equivalent.
  • 7 years of experience in multichannel marketing and commercial effectiveness in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing diverse cultures.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Strong digital knowledge and channel management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you possess the following qualifications, it would be advantageous:

  • MSc in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
