Misión

The selected candidate will lead the development of new project opportunities in the PV industry within the Chilean market oriented towards origination of new projects and team management.

Perfil

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans for the development of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hydro, etc.).

    • Identify and evaluate new project opportunities to expand the company’s renewable energy portfolio.

    • Lead market analysis and feasibility studies to determine project viability.

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of renewable energy projects, including site identification, permitting, financing, construction, and commissioning.

    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

    • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of development professionals.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    • Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure all projects comply with local, regional, and national regulations.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on current and future projects.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, community groups, and industry partners.

    • Represent the company at industry conferences, public hearings, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Financial Oversight:

    • Develop and manage project budgets.

    • Work with the finance team to secure project financing.

    • Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
