Nos enfocamos en asesoría a deudores, procedimientos de insolvencia y Re emprendimiento, asuntos de derecho de familia, asuntos laborales, penales, defensa del consumidor, asuntos civiles, administrativos y derecho migratorio.


Funciones del cargo


El cargo de Head of Business Development en GD es un rol de "Hunter" que se enfoca en desarrollar, implementar y gestionar las nuevas oportunidades de negocio en las verticales específicas de la empresa, mediante la elaboración de estrategias comerciales, buscando los prospectos adecuados y apoyando al área de marketing, con la información necesaria para la elaboración de mensajes de captación de prospectos ya sea en medios On o en OFF, también de manera directa, estableciendo convenios con empresas de gran volumen de trabajadores para generar algún mercado cautivo y gestionando la data para captar potenciales clientes.


Las Principales Responsabilidades Incluyen

  • Implementar las oportunidades de negocio mediante la elaboración de estrategias, planes, definiciones de cargos, métodos de trabajo, etc, todo ello en función del análisis y características de cada unidad de negocio.
  • Definir los prospectos adecuados para cada unidad de negocios
  • Definir la forma adecuada de llegar a ellos con el mensaje.
  • Analizar la efectividad de las campañas
  • Detectar y generar las acciones correctivas para mejorar el tubo de cada unidad de negocios
  • Relacionarse, analizar gestión e indicadores e instruir a cada consultor abogado del área de venta, con el fin de optimizar sus tasa de cierre
  • Analizar la data del tubo de negocios y gestionar con el área de marketing, las acciones correctivas para mejorar los indicadores entre los leads de aquellos deudores o potenciales clientes que no agendan.
  • Mantener la información al día en los sistemas de gestión.

Formación académica _Carrera y nível de formación Requisito o deseable_


Ingeniero comercial, civil o carrera a afínMBA y/o Master EN Dirección Estratégica de ventas y nuevos negocios y/o área relacionada.

Deseable especialización en Marketing Digital y Experiência Clientes.

Experiência laboral


Experiência de al menos 4 años Empresas de servicios implementando unidades de negocio, en un ambiente de crecimiento rápido., liderando la estrategia de ventas de servicios y manejo de equipos de ventas.


Se valora experiência en algunas de estas industrias: jurídicas, Retail, Seguros, Bancos, Cooperativas, En general empresas con alto volumen de consumidores en donde haya existido la necesidad de generar prospectos y captación masiva.
