Role Overview

You will be supporting us with:

  • Employee #1 on the ground and managing the Santiago office
  • Direct line management of Network Development Associates
  • Working in conjunction with the People team in hiring the right employees into your team.
  • Developing and refining the process workflows for the Network Development team
  • Working in collaboration with the UKbased Project Director
  • Managing KPIs, performance, disciplinary, and training
  • Resource Management and allocation of projects
  • Monitoring daytoday deliverables and ensuring deadlines, OKRs and KPIs are met
  • Experience in managing teams and holding teams accountable to KPIs/SLAs
  • Experience in developing and refining processes
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships across the organization, working with all levels and all offices globally
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
  • Previous experience in building operationsfocused teams in South America preferred
  • Have experience managing individuals and growing teams (5+ years)
  • Good understanding of data to inform decisions
  • Full fluency in English and Spanish
