Identificará oportunidades en base a tendencias y ventajas competitivas de la compañía, explorando nuevas líneas y modelos de negocio, en conjunto con equipos multidisciplinarios.Queremos contar contigo para:
- Originar y liderar transacciones de fusiones y adquisiciones, coordinando equipos internos y externos.
- Generar una cartera de oportunidades aprovechando las ventajas de la empresa.
- Dirigir el proceso de valoración mediante la recopilación de datos y la elaboración de modelos financieros, en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares.
- Dirigir negociaciones, acuerdos legales con terceros y visitas a objetivos potenciales.
- Dirigir procesos de diligencia debida interdisciplinarios, jurídicos, comerciales, financieros, medioambientales y de otro tipo.
- Presentar la cartera de oportunidades y los avances a la Dirección General y al Consejo de Administración.
- Mantenerse al corriente de la evolución de los mercados de fusiones y adquisiciones pertinentes.
- Mantenerse al día de las tendencias y establecer vínculos con empresas emergentes para evaluar nuevas oportunidades de negocio e innovación.
Para este desafío, buscamos talentos con:
- Ingeniero Civil Industrial, Ingeniero Comercial, o carrera a fin.
- Más de 7 años de experiência en equipos de finanzas, estrategia, desarrollo o fusiones y adquisiciones.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Licencia de conducir clase B.
- Disponibilidad para viajar fuera de Chile.
Nível De Conocimientos según rol definido en Matriz SGI (Sistemas de Gestión Integrado).Te proponemos:
