En Talent Partners nos encontramos en búsqueda de Business Development Manager para nuestro cliente, innovadora compañía de Freight Forwarding, quien será parte del equipo inicial de la compañía, con alta proyección de crecimiento interno.
De la mano del Fundador y Gerente General, su principal responsabilidad será la captación y desarrollo de clientes, para posicionar e impulsar el crecimiento de la compañía en el mercado, con fuerte orientación a la calidad de servicio y relaciones a largo plazo.
**Responsabilidades del Cargo**
- Prospectar el mercado para la captación de potenciales clientes a través de sistema CRM interno; medianas y grandes empresas.
- Generar y concretar reuniones comerciales con tomadores de decisión.
- Desarrollar cotizaciones y propuestas de negocios.
- Generar excelentes relaciones comerciales, con foco en el largo plazo.
- Brindar servicio de solución continua y a medida, según necesidades específicas de cada cliente.
**Requisitos de Perfil**
- Título de Ingeniería Comercial, o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en roles comerciales en compañías de Freight Forwarding.
- Contar con cartera activa de clientes de servicios de Freight Forwarding.
- Alto conocimiento de rubro de transportes; operaciones marítimas, aéreas, terrestres, agencias de aduanas y servicio al cliente internacional.
- Dominio intermedio-avanzado de MS Office y plataformas CRM.
- Dominio de inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Alta orientación al cliente y al servicio.
- Excelentes habilidad de negociación.
- Alta resiliencia, compromiso y orientación a resultados.
**Condiciones de Oferta**
- Remuneración Fija.
