Business Development Manager - BESS / Solar On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to support BESS and Solar projects. Qualifications Experience in sales of inverters and transformer stations for the PMGD and C&I market. BESS knowledge is a plus. Soft skills: negotiation in hard scenarios, customer intensity, and teamwork. Hard skills: basic technical knowledge of Huawei technology (inverters and BESS), project management and presentation skills. Advanced English level. Responsibilities Lead non‑NA customer sales, driving customer development and project management to achieve market and sales targets. Deeply understand customer pain points, requirements and business strategy to identify opportunities for Huawei solutions and services. Engage technology decision makers with clear objectives and success criteria, defining PMGD and C&I customer strategies and executing effectively.
