**Here’s what we need from you**:
- A tertiary qualification in Earth Sciences, Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- 5+ years experience in B2B complex, information technology related solution, enterprise sales experience.
- Exposure to the mining industry, earth sciences or information management is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities with long sales cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and manage a strong, well-qualified opportunity pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, quarterly and annually.
- Defined interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Capacity for both technical and strategic business thinking.
- Willingness to work within a collaborative team.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English proficiency is highly valued, proficiency in Portuguese is also desirable.
**The fine print of this gig**:
Your role will report to the LATAM Operations Manager and be based at our Santiago office in Chile. Your primary focus is to expand the customer footprint of acQuire’s GIM Suite technology. You will actively participate in defining the regional commercial strategy and be responsible for its effective execution. In this, your key responsibilities include lead generation, cold calling, pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, advancing sales opportunities, and deal closure.
You will also ensure coordination among internal stakeholders to meet prospective customer expectations, facilitating the advancement and successful closing of deals. Additionally, you will maintain a visible presence within the industry, building strong relationships through networking and event participation, while consistently keeping abreast of developments in both GIM Suite and broader technological trends within the mining sector.
