Your Responsibilities_**:
The position is responsible for leading the Vaccines Business Unit, including both marketing and promotional teams, as well as a cross-functional team (indirectly). Provides strategic direction to maximize the value of current and future assets while building the specialty capability towards a biopharmaceutical company.

Reporting to the General Manager, this position is part of the Cluster (Chile, Peru & Ecuador) Leadership Team modelling GSK values and expectations, building a great place to work and establishing a strong, efficient and sustainable performance culture is essential.

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Develop the vaccine business strategy through initiatives ensuring brilliant commercial execution, driving impact for business and patients.
- Launch a world-class pipeline for Vaccines.
- Provide in-country support for new asset launches including market shaping, marketing mix and channel strategy.
- Lead the team to build strong partnerships and engage with local and global cross-functional partners.
- Develop Specialty capabilities and effective measures to track progress, identify gaps and implement accelerated improvement plans.
- Work closely with other business units seeking efficiency, best practices sharing and joint initiatives aiming for improved business performance.
- Be a driving force for a culture evolution in the vaccines business model within the organization, among the direct team and the broad organization.

Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management, health care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in management and leadership, including sales and marketing, within the biopharmaceutical industry in the vaccine business.
- 5+ years’ experience in leadership roles within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Healthcare systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- MSc in sales, marketing or equivalent preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Financial acumen
