We're Hiring: LATAM Procurement Director

Brink's Latin America is looking for a
LATAM Procurement Director
to lead the regional procurement strategy, drive value creation, and elevate operational excellence across multiple countries. This role will oversee Market Unit Leads, ensure alignment with global sourcing priorities, and act as the primary link between regional business leaders and the global procurement organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate global procurement strategy into actionable regional plans and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead and develop multiple Market Unit Leads, ensuring capability growth and consistency across markets.
  • Drive savings, risk mitigation, supplier performance, and value delivery for the region.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring adoption of category strategies and compliance with global standards.
  • Identify systemic risks, escalate issues proactively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Profile

  • Twelve to fifteen plus years of senior experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain, with regional or global scope.
  • Proven track record leading leaders and managing complex, multi-country environments.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in digital procurement tools, transformation initiatives, and process governance.
  • Advanced English; Portuguese is a plus.

Location

Flexible within Latin America.
