**Funciones del cargo**:
Desarrollar y ejecutar diferentes estrategias de ventas B2B para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
Relacionarse con las distintas áreas de la empresa como área de Clientes y Marketing para alinear la estrategia y generar mayor cantidad de leads calificados.
Formar, motivar y gestionar equipo de ventas, orientándolos a objetivos y cultura de la empresa.
Optimizar el pipeline de ventas, utilizando diferentes herramientas como hubspot, saleforce u otro, para aumentar la eficiencia del equipo y mejorar el ciclo de ventas.
Evaluar las tendencias del mercado identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Generar presentaciones y monitorear KPIs claves para ajustar estrategias.
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
Experiência liderando equipos de venta, preferentemente B2B.
Capacidad analítica para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
Experiência en el uso de herramientas de gestión de ventas como Hubspot, Salesforce o similares.
Visión estratégica y habilidades de liderazgo para alcanzar objetivos de ventas de la empresa.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación tanto para cerrar clientes como para conversar con las distintas áreas de la empresa.
Al menos 5 años de experiência en áreas de ventas.
Título universitario de Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil o carrera a fin.
