**Sales Manager MOSD (Business Development Manager) Chile**:

As a Sales Manager, you will drive the sales performance in Motion System Drives in Santiago, Chile, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy. You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.

**This position reports to**:
Lead Business Area Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.
- Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering.
- +7 years of experience working in similar positions.
- Experience in the mining market (sales to the mining industry), in complex sales (complex solutions, long sales cycle, various channels, complex customers, etc.) and direct sales.
- Electrical or power electronics training, experience and use of Salesforce is a plus.
- Business studies or training (MBA, business administration) is a plus.
- Commercial negotiations with other countries in the LATAM region is a plus.
- Availability to travel (40%).
- Advanced level of English.
