**Are you a passionate about education and travel?**

We are Southbridge Access, an Educational Tourism Company that creates turnkey solutions for faculty-led programs. We are currently looking for our next Operations Associate for our Operations Department.

**The objective of the position is**:
Ensure the proper service reception from providers through making reservations and checking quality, as well as the proper payment, in constant comunication with Program Managers.

**Main responsibilities**:

1. Make transport reservations for every assigned group.

2. Organize the events in which groups are partaking, from academic meetings to social and leisure activities in hotels or restaurants.

3. Coordinate touristic activities, including scheduling, reconfirmation, and follow-up post-event.

4. Coordinate check-ins and check-outs with hotels, as well as special needs.

5. Generate handout material for groups, whether it be digital or printed.

6. Keep in touch with Hosts and Program Managers to ensure the proper service delivery, whether it be by in-person inspection or remotely.

7. Receive, review, and pay for providers' bills for every assigned group.

8. Generate requested documents, like Rooming lisflightigh list, payment documents, among others.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced/Professional English level
- Backgrounds: Tourism, Tourism Engineering, and/or Hotel Administration.
- Experience: 3 years as a tour operator (required)
