**Bilingual Operations - Customer Support Associate (On-site + Remote)**

**Location**: Santiago, Chile
**Type**: Hybrid (Mostly remote with occasional in-person work)

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented team member to **coordinate daily operations at our Santiago hub** and also **support customers remotely throughout their journey**. This is a hybrid role combining **physical responsibilities (vehicle handovers and preparation)** with **remote customer service and administrative tasks**.

**Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site (Operations - Vehicle Management)**
- Coordinate car delivery and return with customers.
- Perform vehicle handovers according to internal procedures.
- Inspect and report on the condition of vehicles during check-in/check-out.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery: clean utensils, inspect interiors, organize accessories.
- Coordinate full vehicle washing and inspect results.
- Report any damages, missing accessories, or mechanical issues.
- Maintain an organized inventory and restock accessories as needed.
- Coordinate repairs or maintenance with mechanics and external providers.
- Manage petty cash and expense reports using company spreadsheets.

**Remote (Customer Service & Admin Support)**
- Send quotes, follow up with leads, and close rental deals.
- Provide support before, during, and after rentals.
- Coordinate fleet availability across different locations.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to review content plans.
- Perform administrative duties related to bookings and fleet logistics.

**Requirements**:

- English and Spanish fluency (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to multitask.
- Stable internet connection, smartphone, and computer.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
