Position Summary

Duties and responsibilities

Open, process and follow the related work orders in the system.

Communicate and assign to a Field Service Engineer the properly work order and the service that need to be executed, in a timely and precise manner.

Maintain all records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Program preventive and corrective maintenance.

Follow all the service to be execute with the FSE.

Inventory management (preventive maintenance parts demand)

Spare parts importation process.

Responsible for providing and follow quotes for customers without service contracts.

Follow and support ASP clients about services and parts invoices.

Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 3 years from related field (customer interaction/satisfaction, technical services).

Medical Equipment’s acknowledge is desired.

Intermediate English.

Basic Spanish.

Analysis and data interpretation.

Problem solving.

Sense of Urgency.

Teamwork.

Results and Performance Driven.

Customer Focus.

Proactivity.
