**About the Role**:
Active involvement and assurance of key technical elements through the creation, coordination and verification of work plans for studies and projects, which provide integrated functional support to the P&T areas of Assets, which ensure compliance in time and quality of each deliverable agreed in conjunction with Study Teams and the Asset..

Accountabilities
- Lead the appropriate level of work to support the study phase within the technical discipline required by P&T Asset.
- Develop projects services data and report for the study phase, supporting Managers to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of the studies objectives.
- Active participation on the opportunity framing process at the beginning of the study phase, De-selection workshops, Range Analysis, Risk Analysis, Internal peer reviews sessions and lesson learning workshops.
- Ensure the development of technical documentation, assumptions, and schedule requested for the study phase.
- Build strong relationships with peers the study team and P&T Asset to improve the level of understanding and influence in technical aspects covered by the work plan
- Manages technical relationship with consulting firms through Ad-Hoc support for studies phase requirement.
- Engage Assets, Finance, and study team to ensure alignment during the inputs and delivery process to support and facilitate the outcomes of the study stage.
- Provide technical support as part of the Asset and study team in the Internal Peer Review (IPR) process with the objective to get the endorsement of the study phase

**About You**:

- University qualified Mining or Metallurgy or similar Engineering professional
- At least 12 years’ experience in the Mining Industry.
- Proven experience in planning, projects, and business development.
- Understanding in planning systems for mining or metallurgical areas
- Proven experience engaging Assets, Finance and Projects teams to ensure alignment during the study process.
- Proven experience within CAP process and Governance for Capital investment requirement for studies stages.
- Language requirements /Spanish, advanced level, or native speaker/ English, intermediate level, written and spoken/
