We're Hiring: Technical Analyst – MyPass Application Role Summary: The Technical Analyst will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the MyPass application, ensuring smooth data flow between integrated systems, managing incidents, and proactively addressing technical challenges. The role demands strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and troubleshoot data flows between MyPass and integrated systems. Investigate and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize operational impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Santiago, Perth, India, and other regions. Document technical processes and integration points. Support onboarding of new business units (Chile, India, Australia & Canada). Ensure system scalability and performance as request volumes increase. Required Technical Skills: MuleSoft – Experience with API integrations and flow management. Splunk – Proficiency in log analysis and incident investigation. ServiceNow – Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems. SQL – Strong understanding of data querying and relational databases. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in technical support or systems analysis. Experience in enterprise application support, preferably in mining or industrial sectors. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solving and initiative. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Team-oriented with a global collaboration mindset. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
