TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST – WEALTHTECH INFRASTRUCTURE, DATA & AI Location: LATAM (Santiago-Chile preferred/ Bogota-Colombia could be alternative) Role Type: Full-Time Altafid is a next-generation WealthTech platform redefining the advisor and client experience across the U.S. and LATAM. We integrate data, design, and automation to simplify financial management for advisors and institutions. Our global team operates with a startup mindset—lean, agile, and focused on rapid execution using advanced AI tools and automation to eliminate friction and accelerate delivery. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will be the backbone of our infrastructure and data ecosystem—someone who understands how wealth data moves, how it reconciles, how it powers automation and AI, and how it supports multi-tool workflows across advisors, MFOs, banks, and custodians. Key Responsibilities Data Aggregation & Integration Build and manage multi-source data ingestion from custodians, brokers, banks, fund administrators, and PMS platforms. Design and maintain standardized schemas, mappings, and validation rules. Document and evolve data contracts for client onboarding and product integrations. Own reconciliation logic across positions, transactions, balances, corporate actions, and fees. Design exception-handling workflows and break-resolution processes. Build automated QA rules, controls, and dashboards to ensure “clean data, first time.” Work with Altafid’s AI layer to: Enable LLM-based extraction, enrichment, and classification. Detect anomalies, mismatches, and reconciliation breaks. Automate manual data cleanup and onboarding workflows. Shape the feedback loops that improve AI accuracy over time. Infrastructure Services Delivery Lead technical discovery with MFOs, RIAs, banks, and custodians. Support PMS + custodian integrations across LATAM. Guide engineering with functional requirements for core infrastructure and data pipelines. Cross-Tool Platform Enablement Even though this role is infrastructure-focused, it must ensure the data layer supports: Reporting accuracy Compliance workflows CRM/Portal experiences Requirements 4–8+ years in wealth management, fintech, PMS/reporting, or financial data operations. Technical & Data Skills SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and API working knowledge. Experience with reconciliation engines, multi-custodian data, and investment operations. Familiarity with corporate actions, performance data, multi-currency workflows. AI Fluency Experience using AI/ML for data cleaning, enrichment, classification, and anomaly detection (not a data scientist—just AI‑aware and AI‑comfortable). Domain Experience Wealth management ecosystem knowledge (MFO/SFO/RIA, banks, custodians, fund admins). #J-18808-Ljbffr
