Role Purpose The Data, Analytics, Reporting and Tools (DART) team is a core unit serving all of Global Operations with a mandate to enhance decision‑making by maximizing data analytics capabilities. This data‑driven approach plays a pivotal role within Operations to enable on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high customer satisfaction. Under the direction of department and company leadership, the analyst implements and maintains a comprehensive suite of metrics and KPIs to monitor functional, departmental, customer, product, and project level execution. The analyst uses expertise in data visualization and analytics to develop dynamic online reports for monitoring and forecasting operational performance. As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be: Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. Study, analyze, and understand business requirements in the context of business intelligence. Work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to create meaningful visualizations and reports. Design and create dynamic online reports using SQL, XML, MS Power BI, and/or Qlik Sense. Help maintain dashboards and reports connected to various data sources, ensuring our teams have the information they need to make informed decisions. Partner with the technical development team to design the database and data structures that optimize reporting. Clean and prepare data for analysis, identify trends and patterns in business metrics, and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests from different departments. Develop robust data documentation about algorithms, parameters, and models. Provide high‑quality service and on‑time delivery of report sets for operational leadership. Decision Making and Influence Make decisions on the best technical approach to implement communicated and/or documented requirements. Use knowledge and skills to derive solutions that meet service delivery needs and expectations. You’ll need to bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI. Hands‑on experience with SQL. Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work across functions in a matrix organization. A passion for metrics and driving toward objective results, with presentation experience at any stakeholder level.
