About the role:
We are seeking a Customer Engagement Associate which is a new role within the company inspired by the best of the world of MSL and Sales Representative. You will be part of a high-performance team in one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world that focuses its effort daily to provide more and better life to patients. We want to have a talent that comes to learn, to surprise us with their ideas and to synergize with the different areas that make up their team, promoting the best result in customer experience with Novartis.
This role will work directly with the Medical and Sales teams and reports to the Customer Engagement Lead.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with Medical Experts (MEs) to educate on medical/scientific information
- Ensure appropriate identification/mapping of MEs/ Key Accounts including identification of opportunities to involve MEs when a specific medical need is identified to provide support
- Develop and execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize and strategically engage MEs aligned with country strategy
- Respond to unsolicited requests for information from MEs
- Inform and shape medical strategy by collecting impactful insights from MEs
- Support Novartis clinical research programs, optimize trial execution and provide scientific educational support to potential and actual study sites in collaboration with clinical operations

**Minimum requirements**
Essential requirements:
- University degree with scientific background
- Proven experience in commercial roles
- Solid understanding of private and public market
- English proficiency advanced
- Superior networking, collaboration, and communication skills
- Availability to travel up to 30% of the time
