The vision is to help in achieving the long-term strategic, tactical sales and distribution plan for the International Monster brand portfolio in support of the Company’s business objectives.

The BDM will be responsible for business analytics for the region, compiling and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and congruency for the information. The BDM will manage and standardize monthly financials and sales reports for distributors/Bottlers and chains to determine opportunities for improvements based on efficiency and adjustments in consumer and customer demand, as well as brand/item performance and pricing.

The BDM will manage macro and geopolitical data to ensure that volume forecasts match market realities. The BDM will manage a team focused on the development of the biggest countries in its region. Develop a relationship and interactions with Business Development Managers of main bottlers. Align and construct with them a long-term Business Plan and sales forecast review Publish and validate the numbers and data sent to Corona Headquarters. The BDM will also be responsible for maintaining Scorecards within the respective territory as well as the development and preparation of presentations for the Sales Management Team for both internal and external use.

The BDM will have ownership of the key deliverables (structure and one source of truth) for a correct S&OP process.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Provide analysis and interpretation of internal/external international market data, highlighting any underlying trends to identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase the organization’s profitability and sales.
- Develop local and international Market Research Vendors.
- Detailed analyses of Nielsen and other 3rd party data for trends, insights, etc.
- Preparation of comprehensive Coverage/Depletion/Shipment/Inventory analyses by bottler and regions.
- Detailed analyses of each Monster and competitive SKUs to determine trends and help with the assessment of performance/recommendation for future opportunities.
- Ensure cooperation of all functional department heads and departments to maximize the output for the

VP/Executives.
- Review all P & L elements and offer pro-active measurements, ideas, and reactive solutions.
- VC comprehensive knowledge to detect profit-taking opportunities.
- Establish and implement best practices, including continuous improvement of a standardized process by using alternative views such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios where appropriate.
- Determining Scorecards for each region on a per country/bottler basis.
- Identify and propose new product technology.
- Provide Country Managers with the best innovation opportunities based on market needs.
- Monitor country objectives, and project margins and evaluate where the Company/country can adjust pricing.
- Review monthly financials and sales reports to determine opportunities for improvements based on efficiency and adjustments in consumer and customer demand, as well as brand/item performance and pricing.
- Review and evaluate the pricing of all items sold by the Company, based on analysis of competition, gross margin, and PTCs (Price to Consumer).
- Create and maintain internal templates and calendars to monitor, track and evaluate activity and decisions.
- Manage and generate sales forecasts with country management teams.
- Prepare the Monthly Volume Summary by comparing sales by SKU, by salesperson, and region against sales of the previous year and against budget.
- Monitor unit activities with respect to budgetary guidelines and controls.
- Track competitive activity by region via data gathering and consolidation of results.
- Prepare special reports for management as requested.
- Assist in ensuring that all work tasks are performed by staff in a safe and secure manner.
- Ownership of the annual BP and 5 yr plan process for the region.
- Bottler Claims process savvy.
- Develop internal and external projects pro-business (Example: Salient Miner, PBI, SAP integration)
- Develop the BDM team (direct reports).
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Position Requirements**:

- +7 years of Business Development experience in the FMCG / PCG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent related experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Fluent in Spanish & English.
- Regional experience preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Travel up to 15%
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills are effective across a broad range of audiences.
- Thorough knowledge of standard principles and practices of business administration, including but not limited to general accounting and fiscal management practices, business operations systems, program budgeting, and personnel practices.
