In Southbridge Access we're looking for a young professional to integrate our Business Development team. We're an international study abroad passionate company. We provide Gobal Business Expertise, Elite Support and Exceptional Immersions.

Mission: Support all Busines Development tasks with focus on assisting the Sr. Director of Business Development with sales outreach activities, taking notes during client meetings, updating the CRM with sales activities and pipeline movement in order to help the team maintain optimal performance and results.

Main Tasks:
1. Support University Relations meetings with clients, taking notes and interpreting the information critically and strategically, so that the RFPs are received in the most efficient and clear way possible.

2. Support the Sr. Director of BD and UR Associates in leads management in order to increase and maximize the potential clients flow into RFP conversions.

3. Support all marketing initiatives in order to ensure efficient and powerful content creation according to our marketing plan, in order to strenghten SBA's brand and social media presence.

4. Support the BD team with keeping the CRM updated with accurate program information for leadership to use data to manage pipeline of programs and forecast revenue.

5. Create sample itineraries and sample budget models (with guidance from the Sr. Director of Business Development) for clients considering multiple destination options.

Requirements: Background in business/marketing/sales/international relations
